Private Yoga
Private yoga classes offer a wonderful way for beginners to become comfortable in their bodies and to find a practice that is just for them. Perhaps you have an injury you are recovering from, or have a specific goal or intention when it comes to your practice. With no one else around, you may feel less self-conscious or concerned that you are able to keep up with the class.
If so, a quiet, individual class may be more suitable for you with the added benefit being that each class can be tailored to your own specific needs and desires. Hands-on help and opportunities for questions means you can grow faster in your personal practice. In this way your yoga practice can be uniquely calm, relaxing, and meditative.

Our rates are R550 p/hour for one class a week or R450 for twice a week.
